Our beloved teacher, mentor, leader & very humble personality Dr. Mohammad Tariq (Prof. of Neurology, Ex-Head of Neurology PIMS-Islamabad, Founder of Pakistan Myasthenic Welfare Association, Ex-President of PIMA Pakistan, Ex-President PSN passed away this morning Wednesday March 14, 2018 0300am (Innalillahe Wa Innalillahe Rajeoon).

Prof. Tariq was the face of Neurology in Islamabad since the nineties. He was the early member of Neurology Community who revitalised Neurology in Pakistan. His leading role in care of myasthenia in Pakistan is very well established. Always had a balanced & constructive views for the promotion of ethical matters & organizational affairs.

Neurology in Pakistan is at a loss in his absence. Will be greatly missed.
May his family have the patience to bear this loss.

Pray that ALLAH SWT will BLESS HIM WITH THE HIGHEST ABODE IN HIS JANNAH, AMEEN.
